People come to Woodford Reserve and Jim Beam and Evan Williams because these are brands that their family has enjoyed for generations, and they want to ‘come home’ – to see where it’s made and walk in the footsteps of Jim Beam or Evan Williams. You don’t have that at some of the craft distilleries yet, so they’re doing a really good job of trying to make themselves entertainment centers as well, where people can come out and enjoy a picnic or a band and also sample the products and take a tour. They are making their own history.
