Friday, Dec. 5, is a special day in the bourbon world: It’s the 81st anniversary of Repeal Day. On that day, the 21st Amendment was ratified, repealing the 18th Amendment and ending Prohibition. It’s interesting to note that the 18th Amendment is the only amendment that took away a right rather than guaranteeing one, and also the only one that has been repealed. How will you celebrate?
