That’s how I’m viewing Feb. 29. And a special day deserves a special libation. Since Leap Day comes around every four years, you would not be wrong to choose something from Four Roses – the 100-proof single barrel, perhaps.
But to commemorate the rarity of today’s occurrence, I’ll be toasting Feb. 29 with a glass of Eagle Rare. However you choose to celebrate, do so in moderation. No one wants a hangover that lasts for four years.
