Bourbon and Cider Cocktail

Just remember that you need to refrigerate the bourbon and cider for at least an hour before mixing.

2 parts Apple Cider, refrigerated

2 parts Ginger Ale, refrigerated

1 part Bourbon (I used Maker’s 46

  • Mix together cider and bourbon and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • Before serving, add ginger ale to bourbon and cider and serve over crushed ice.
  • Garnish with apple slice.
