Autumn Splendor (recipe from There Will Be Bourbon) 3 oz. apple cider 2 oz. bourbon (we used Old Forester 86 proof) 1.5 oz. ginger beer (we used Bundaberg) Mix apple cider and bourbon. Add ginger beer and serve in an old-fashioned glass with crushed ice. Garnish with a paper-thin apple slice.
